At Coco Studios we appreciate that sometimes you get an order and some of the items just don't give you that *CHEFS KISS* feel: the ones where you're fighting every inch of your body not to post the fit on your story before the event you actually plan to wear it for. But, buying and trying is part of the beauty of shopping and we want to help you find other items that give you that feeling every time. 

We currently offer exchange/store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. All we ask is the item is unworn and with any original tags. Please endeavour to open your exchange within 7 days of the delivery where possible, so that we can prepare to help you with the query swiftly. All exchanges will be processed typically within 4-5 working days of the return, with email notifications for confirmation. 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines, once the return request is approved.
  • Please ensure items are returned within 14 days of receiving the package, excluding any time taken to approve the return.


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in their original condition.
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
  • Free from damage, stains or perfume.
  • Items falling into the category below or with damage will need to be returned to the customer at their expense.


There are a few items which cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons;

  • Some swimwear items
  • Jewellery
  • Sunglasses
  • The 'Seamless Briefs'

Any items with damage such as make-up or general wear and tear will be refused return and your order will then be sent back to you at your expense.

Please kindly get in touch with our care team when dealing with customised and seasonal items as they often have a deadline for returns (e,g, Halloween, Glam dresses) and we would love to help you with any queries beforehand!

Any orders that are delivered faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item. We urge you to report damaged orders to our email care team immediately after delivery, including images of the product. 

Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing by ensuring you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We are working really hard to implement catered returns, however for the time being items must be returned at the customers expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We're a super tiny team juggling so many roles, but we understand that you want this resolved ASAP. We will try to get your return accepted within 1-3 working days. Don't worry, this time doesn't count towards your return timeframe :) Please ensure your product is unworn and in its original condition to avoid further complications.

> How long will a refund/exchange take? 

Though this can take 4-5 working days to get a new item sent out to you, providing as much detail as possible in the exchange box will help speed things up. Store credit is also a great option that gives you full flexibility on when you want to spend it. This will be issued to you within a few days of receiving the return.

  • If you have any queries regarding incorrect or damaged items, images must be sent promptly after receiving the package so that we are able to investigate accordingly. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is currently responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any promotional offers such as free or reduced shipping may be deducted from the total.
