We appreciate that sometimes it's hard to get the sizing perfect when shopping online; but isn’t buying and trying part of the beauty of a shopping spree?! If the fit isn't quite right, we got you. Let us help you find something that releases your inner goddess or boss babe VIBE. We are here to make life easy for you, and are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please kindly get in touch with our care team when dealing with customised and seasonal items as they often have a deadline for returns and we can clarify this before you purchase (e.g. Halloween). 

We urge you to report any damaged items to our email care team immediately, including images of the damaged product. All orders claimed as being faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item. 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines, once the return request is approved.
  • Please ensure items are returned within 14 days of receiving the package, excluding any time taken to approve the return.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in their original condition.
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
  • Free from damage, stains or perfume.
  • Items falling into the category below or with damage will need to be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

There are a few items which cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons;

  • Some swimwear items
  • Jewellery
  • Sunglasses
  • The 'Seamless Briefs'

 

How soon will I get a refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 working days for this to show up on your statement, as with all standard refunds.

 

Additional information:

  • If you have any queries regarding incorrect or damaged items, images must be sent promptly after receiving the package so that we are able to investigate accordingly. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is currently responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any promotional offers such as free or reduced shipping may be deducted from the total.
  • At current, £1.50 is deducted for cleaning services of the product(s). This is applied once per order, regardless of the number of items.
