CocoStudio appreciates that we all sometimes purchase out of spontaneity and end up not 100% satisfied; but isn’t buying and trying part of the beauty of shopping?!  We got you. Let us help you find something that releases your inner Goddess or Boss Babe VIBE. We are here to make life easy for you, and are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the item is unworn and with any original tags. We will endeavour to process your package within 4 working days of receiving the return.

Please take into consideration there are a few items which cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons;

  • Swimwear that includes underwear
  • Earrings

Any items with damage such as makeup or general wear and tear will be refused any exchange and your order will then be sent back to you at your expense. All exchanges may take up to 7 working days to process after we have received it back, to speed up the process, please include your preferred items in your return form or via email! Please note that original delivery charges are deducted from the refunded total and up to £2.50 will be deducted from orders that qualified for free or reduced shipping.

Please kindly get in touch with our care team when dealing with customised and seasonal items as they often have a deadline for returns (e,g, Halloween, Glam dresses) and we would love to help you with any queries beforehand!

All orders claimed as being faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item. We urge you to report this to our email care team immediately, including images of the product. 

Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We are working really hard to implement catered returns, however for the time being items must be returned at the customers expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
