CocoStudio appreciates that we all sometimes purchase out of spontaneity and end up not 100% satisfied; but isn’t buying and trying part of the beauty of shopping?! We got you. Let us help you find something that releases your inner Goddess or Boss Babe VIBE. We are here to make life easy for you, and are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the item is unworn and with any original tags. We will endeavour to process your package within 4 working days of receiving the return.
Please take into consideration there are a few items which cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons;
- Swimwear that includes underwear
Any items with damage such as makeup or general wear and tear will be refused any exchange and your order will then be sent back to you at your expense. All exchanges may take up to 7 working days to process after we have received it, so to speed up the process, please include your preferred items in your return form or via email! Please note that original delivery charges are deducted from the refunded total and up to £2.50 will be deducted from orders that qualified for free or reduced shipping.
Please kindly get in touch with our care team when dealing with customised and seasonal items as they often have a deadline for returns (e,g, Halloween, Glam dresses) and we would love to help you with any queries beforehand!
All orders claimed as being faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item. We urge you to report this to our email care team immediately, including images of the product.
Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We are working really hard to implement catered returns, however for the time being items must be returned at the customers expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

> When will my return get accepted?
We're a super tiny team juggling so many roles, but we understand that you want this resolved ASAP. We will try to get your return accepted within 1-3 working days. Don't worry, this time doesn't count towards your return timeframe :) Please make sure your product is unworn and in its original condition to avoid further complications.
> What happens after it is accepted?
Please read the email that follows carefully! We have included the returns address, plus advice on how to best package it so that your return price is fair! If you need help once receiving this email, just drop us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
> How long will a refund/exchange take?
We process returns 2x a week, so your return will either be processed on Tuesdays or Fridays/weekend. As soon as we have received your package, you will get a further email to confirm it has been returned to us safely. Shortly after this you will get another confirmation to confirm the refund/exchange. If it is a refund, this can take 2-10 working days to show up on your statement again (the general timeframe most places have to state!)
