DIDN'T FALL IN LOVE? LET'S FIX THAT..
At Coco Studios we appreciate that sometimes you get an order and some of the items just don't give you that *CHEFS KISS* feel. You know them ones where you're fighting every inch of your body not to post the fit on your story before the event you actually plan to wear it for. But, buying and trying is part of the beauty of shopping and we want to help you find other items that give you that feeling every time. We would be delighted to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. All we ask is the item is unworn and with any original tags. Please endeavour to open your return within 7 days of the delivery where possible, so that we can prepare to help you with the query swiftly. All returns will be processed typically within 4 working days of the return, with email notifications for confirmation.
Please take into consideration there are a few items which cannot be returned or exchanged;
- Swimwear that includes underwear
- Customised items (further details below)
- Marketplace items from any seller, unless agreed otherwise
Any items with damage such as make-up or general wear and tear will be refused return and your order will then be sent back to you at your expense. All exchanges may take up to 7 working days to process after we have received it, but can be sped up drastically if you let us know the exchange item beforehand via email. Please note, the original delivery charges are deducted from the refunded total and up to £3.50 will be deducted from orders that qualified for free or reduced shipping.
Please kindly get in touch with our care team when dealing with customised and seasonal items as they often have a deadline for returns (e,g, Halloween, Glam dresses) and we would love to help you with any queries beforehand!
Any orders that are delivered faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item. We urge you to report damaged orders to our email care team immediately after delivery, including images of the product.
Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing by ensuring you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We are working really hard to implement catered returns, however for the time being items must be returned at the customers expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We're a super tiny team juggling so many roles, but we understand that you want this resolved ASAP. We will try to get your return accepted within 1-3 working days. Don't worry, this time doesn't count towards your return timeframe :) Please ensure your product is unworn and in its original condition to avoid further complications.> What happens after it is accepted?

We process returns 2x a week, so your return will either be processed on Tuesdays or Fridays/weekend. You will receive several email confirmations, from us receiving your package to any refund totals or exchange invoices. Please allow 3-10 working days for any refunds to reappear on your statement.
