UK DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your dispatch email, you should then expect to receive your package within 1-2 working days! Our packages are currently transferred by Royal Mail and all receipts of posting are attained.

We kindly ask that all items are placed before 2PM and all orders are expected to arrive by 1PM the following day, excluding non-working days and Bank Holidays. What is a custom/ pre-order?
Okay, so it's pretty simple. Custom orders can be items that are designed specifically for you when you request your size. This type of order is usually also in place when there is a high demand for an item and thus production of extra stock to ship immediately is not always possible. This will delay the posting of your order up to 10 business days, so please bare this in mind when purchasing multiple items or those that are required with urgency. Our customer care team is always on hand to discuss issues beforehand if you would like to purchase multiple items or if you urgently require an order. We apologise for this inconvenience, but we can guarantee it is always worth the wait!
