WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Okay, so it's pretty simple. Pre-orders can be items that are designed specifically for you when you request your size. This type of order is usually also in place when there is a high demand for an item and we have made it available for pre-order so that you can request your size in plenty of time before an event.
Such orders will take 10-13 business days to process as a rough guideline, after which your chosen shipping method will be applied. Though we can often ship items sooner, it may take the full quoted time for items to be ready to process and ship. If you place an order with a combination of normal products and pre-order products, they will be shipped together via the chosen delivery method. All items are explicity stated as being pre-order, where applicable, and therefore are not eligible to be cancelled. On occassion, pre-orders can take longer than the guideline above, and we may also face other unforeseeable circumstances whereby the product becomes unavailable, whereby we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

UK DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your dispatch email, you should then expect to receive your package within 1-2 working days! Our packages are currently transferred by Royal Mail and all receipts of posting are attained.

We kindly ask that all items are placed before 2PM and all orders are expected to arrive by 1PM the following day, excluding non-working days and Bank Holidays.
