What is a pre-order?
Okay, so it's pretty simple. Pre-orders can be items that are designed specifically for you when you request your size. This type of order is usually also in place when there is a high demand for an item and we have made it available for pre-order so that you can request your size in plenty of time before an event.

Such orders will take up to 10 business days to process, after which your chosen shipping method will be applied. Though we can often ship items sooner, it may take the full quoted time for items to be ready to process and ship. If you place an order with a combination of normal products and pre-order products, they will be shipped together via the chosen delivery method. All items are explicity stated as being pre-order, where applicable, and therefore are not eligible to be cancelled.

UK DELIVERY 
Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your dispatch email, you should then expect to receive your package within 1-2 working days! Our packages are currently transferred by Royal Mail and all receipts of posting are attained.
